Frequently asked questions
Can I engrave a name with an accent?
No. The maker only engraves letters without accents or special characters: Ines, Joao, Zoe. Up to 10 letters.
How long does it take?
The name necklace arrives in 3 to 5 weeks, because it is engraved to order. The initial necklace, the zodiac sign necklace and the birth flower necklace arrive in 7 to 12 working days.
Will the necklace tarnish?
It is stainless steel, which does not rust. The colour plating lasts longer if you take the necklace off at the pool and before perfume. Care tips are here.
Can I return it?
Pieces without a name, yes: you have 14 days. Name pieces are made to order and cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal, but if they arrive faulty or with the wrong name because of a mistake on our side, we make a new one free of charge.
How do I pay?
