Shipping policy

  • We ship to Ireland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, mainland Portugal and mainland Spain. For now we do not ship to the Azores, Madeira, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or other countries.
  • Free shipping, with a tracking number sent by email.
  • Orders are made and shipped by our suppliers, outside the EU. The price already includes import duties: you pay nothing on delivery.
  • Name pieces (necklaces, bracelets and ring): arrive in 3 to 5 weeks (about 2 weeks of engraving to order, then shipping).
  • Initial and birthstone necklace and men's engraved tag necklace: arrive in 3 to 4 weeks.
  • Initial necklace, birth flower necklace and zodiac sign necklace: arrive in 7 to 12 working days.
  • Travel jewellery box: arrives in 1 to 2 weeks.
  • An order with several products may arrive in separate parcels.
  • Christmas: to arrive before 25 December, order by 18 November (name pieces), by 26 November (initial and birthstone necklace and men's tag), by 5 December (jewellery box) or by 10 December (initial, birth flower and zodiac necklaces).
  • If your order goes past the maximum delivery time shown, write to us and we will sort it out: we resend it or refund you.
