Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases in the Marouro online shop (marouro.com). The full identification of the seller is in the Contact information.

• We sell to Ireland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, mainland Portugal and mainland Spain.
• Your order is placed when you complete payment at checkout; you receive the confirmation by email.
• For name pieces, we engrave exactly the text you type in the «Name to engrave» or «Names to engrave» field and confirm by email. Check the spelling carefully: the maker only engraves letters without accents.
• Prices in euros, final. VAT not applicable (Article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code). There is no shipping and no customs fee to pay on delivery.
• Payment methods: the ones shown at checkout (cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay; MB WAY in Portugal).
• Shipping, returns and guarantee: see the shipping and refund policies.
• Promotions: the previous price shown is the lowest price applied in the 30 days before the discount.
• Applicable law: Portuguese, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. In case of a dispute, you can turn to an alternative consumer dispute resolution body, such as CNIACC – Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (www.cniacc.pt), or to the European Consumer Centre of your country (www.eccnet.eu).
