Name pieces (personalised)

They are made to order with the name you type and confirm by email. For this reason, under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 17(1)(c) of Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014), they are not covered by the right of withdrawal (cancelling within 14 days). The same applies to the photo necklace and the engraved tag.

If the piece arrives faulty, damaged or with a name different from the one you confirmed, send us photos with your order number: we make a new one free of charge or refund you.

Other products (for example, the initial necklace, the birth flower necklace and the jewellery box)

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel the purchase, without giving a reason. Write to us through the Contact page with your order number (or use the form below) and we will reply with the return address. You send the product back within the following 14 days. Return shipping costs are yours, unless the product is faulty or we made a mistake.

We refund the amount paid within 14 days of your message, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the product or proof that you sent it.

Guarantee

All products have a 3-year legal guarantee for lack of conformity. Wear of the colour plating caused by chlorine, perfume or cleaning products may not be a lack of conformity: we assess each case with photos.
