How to personalise
- Type the text in the «Text to engrave» field: up to 4 lines, up to 15 characters each, no accents. Each line of the field is one line on the tag.
- The engraving is in capital letters, along the length of the tag, as in the photos. The text in the photos is an example.
- We confirm the text with you by email before the tag goes into production.
Delivery time
Arrives in 3 to 4 weeks: the tag is engraved to order and only then shipped, with tracking by email. Christmas: order by 26 November.

Care
Steel handles everyday wear. To make it last longer, keep chlorine and perfume off the tag and clean it with a soft cloth.
Exchanges and defects
Because it is engraved to order, this necklace is not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal. If it arrives faulty, or with the wrong text because of a mistake on our side, we make a new one free of charge.
