Photo necklace

Your favourite photo, printed in colour on a stainless steel medallion. To keep the people who matter most close to you: your children, grandparents, a couple, the dog or the cat.

How to personalise

• Choose the shape (heart, round or rectangle), the colour and the length.
• Upload the photo in the «Your photo» field (JPG or PNG). A sharp photo with good light, where the faces are not too small, works best.
• We confirm the photo with you by email before the medallion goes into production.
• In the shop photos, the sunset is only an example: your medallion will have your photo.

Delivery time

Arrives in 3 to 5 weeks: each medallion is made to order and only then shipped, with tracking by email. Christmas: order by 18 November.

• Material: stainless steel, silver or gold-plated.
• Medallions: heart 27 × 28 mm, round 35 × 38 mm or rectangle 40 × 24 mm.
• Chain of 45 cm (shorter) or 60 cm (longer).
• Free tracked shipping.

Care

To make the photo last longer, keep water, perfume and creams off the medallion and store the necklace apart from other jewellery.

Exchanges and defects

Because it is made to order, this necklace is not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal. If it arrives faulty, or with the wrong photo because of a mistake on our side, we make a new one free of charge.

Not suitable for children under 3 (small parts). Take the necklace off before sleeping, showering or doing sport.
