Where we ship
Ireland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, as well as mainland Portugal and mainland Spain, with free shipping and a tracking number. We do not ship to other countries for now, nor to the Azores, Madeira, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
How long it takes
- Name necklace: 3 to 5 weeks. It is engraved to order (about 2 weeks) and only then shipped.
- Initial necklace: 7 to 12 working days.
- Initial and birthstone necklace: 3 to 4 weeks. It is prepared with the letter and stone you choose and only then shipped.
- Men's engraved tag necklace: 3 to 4 weeks. It is engraved to order and only then shipped.
- Multiple names necklace, mother and children necklace and photo necklace: 3 to 5 weeks. They are also made to order before shipping.
- Name bracelets and ring: 3 to 5 weeks.
- Birth flower necklace and zodiac sign necklace: 7 to 12 working days.
- Travel jewellery box: 1 to 2 weeks.
The delivery time of each product is on its page. You get the tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Christmas
- Name pieces (name necklace, multiple names necklace, mother and children necklace, photo necklace, bracelets and ring): order by 18 November.
- Initial and birthstone necklace and men's engraved tag necklace: order by 26 November.
- Initial necklace, birth flower necklace and zodiac sign necklace: order by 10 December.
- Jewellery box: order by 5 December.
Duties and customs
The price you pay is the final price. You pay no shipping, import duties or customs fees on delivery.
Delays
If your order goes past the maximum delivery time shown, write to us: we check the tracking and, if it has been lost, we send another one or refund you.
